JCC jack connector — MIL-J-641 / MIL-P-642, 2 to 4 contacts, civil and military aeronautics
The JCC series covers audio communication jack connectors for civil and military aircraft, in service worldwide. Lightweight, compact, and compliant with MIL-J-641 and MIL-P-642 military standards, they connect onboard equipment, pilot accessories, and radio systems — with traction-based disconnection and 5,000-cycle endurance for sustained operational use.
A comprehensive jack connector range for airborne audio communication
The JCC series addresses the full range of audio connection needs on aircraft and helicopters: plug-to-receptacle, plug-to-extension, and panel-mount configurations, in 2, 3, and 4-contact versions. Plug diameters of 5.25 mm and 6.35 mm ensure compatibility with a wide range of onboard and portable radio equipment. The traction-based unlocking mechanism enables fast, one-hand disconnection without rotation or tools — a practical advantage in cockpit and crew environments.
Configurations
- Plugs — 2 contacts long (PJ-055B/R), 2 contacts short (PJ-054B/R), 3 contacts long (PJ-068B/R), 3 contacts short (PJ-051B/R)
